Shipment costs by parcel service within Germany
The flat rate for sending parcels is 12.95 EUR per order, regardless of the number and size of the ordered items, provided that they each weigh less than 30 kg and are less than 170 cm high. Additional costs may apply for deliveries to islands. In this case, please contact us before placing your order. Otherwise, we will have to charge the additional costs incurred.

Shipment costs by parcel service within the European Community (EU) and Switzerland
Shipping costs to other countries depend on the weight. As soon as you put in your address during the ordering process, our online shop calculates your individual shipping costs. Only then you complete the order, change it if necessary or discard it. In the following table you will find the countries to which we can deliver our plants and the respective shipping costs per package. Deliveries to islands may incur additional costs or be subject to limitations in terms of package size (e.g. North Sea and Baltic Sea islands, Mediterranean islands, Canary Islands). In this case, please contact us before placing your order. Otherwise, we will have to charge any additional costs incurred.
For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway, the costs for the preparation of freight and customs documents are already included in the shipping costs (freight terms: free domicile, duty paid, excl. customs duties and taxes). Please make sure that you comply with the import regulations for plants regulated under the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES). Additional fees for CITES, customs, EUST, etc. will be charged retroactively. In case of non-compliance, fees incurred in connection with storage or destruction at customs will not be covered.

Shipment costs by forwarding agency/hauling company within Germany and within Europe
All plants that exceed a weight of 30 kg or a height of 170 cm are marked with (XXL) and cannot be sent by parcel for reasons of weight or height limits. Instead they will be delivered to your home by a forwarding agent. You can calculate the pot capacity in liters as weight in kg. The delivery of freight forwarding shipments is free curbside. The online shop calculates the shipping costs depending on your delivery address during the ordering process BEFORE you finally place the order. The shipping costs are displayed after logging into the shopping cart or after entering the address in the ordering process.
